I have 25+ years of expertise in special education, regular education, and technical assistance to state governments focusing on birth to five and school-age policies and programs. 

My teaching experience and passion is assisting individuals successfully complete their dissertations in a timely manner. 

Over the years, I have taught the gamut from preschool to the university level, focusing on preschool, special education, and bilingual education. 

My work with technical assistance to states specifically entailed public policy analysis, policy evaluation, design, management, and coordination of state grants for special education technical assistance, Head Start Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), Early Hearing Detection Intervention (EHDI) Program, Early Childhood Integrated Data Systems (EICIDS) and other areas of early childhood.
